Accessing Your Content

  1. Log into your Kuva Media client portal
    Not sure how to login to your portal? Check out our help article.
  2. Navigate to "Documents"
  3. Download your assets (and, if applicable to your package, your Content Calendar and guide)

Using Your Content Calendar

  • View post dates, times, and content types
  • Find matching assets in your media folder
  • Reference provided captions and hashtags
  • Follow platform-specific size guides

Posting to Each Platform

Instagram

  1. Open Instagram app
  2. Click "+" > New Post/Reel/Story
  3. Select provided media
  4. Copy/paste caption and hashtags
  5. Add location if specified

Facebook

  1. Access Facebook Business Suite
  2. Select "Create Post"
  3. Upload provided media
  4. Add caption from calendar
  5. Schedule for specified time

LinkedIn

  1. Open LinkedIn Company Page
  2. Click "Create Post"
  3. Upload designated content
  4. Add provided professional caption
  5. Include recommended hashtags

Video Content Guidelines

Stories

  • Upload within 24 hours of story date
  • Keep individual segments under 15 seconds
  • Add provided stickers/polls if included

Reels

  • Use provided cover images
  • Post during peak times (listed in calendar)
  • Add music if recommended
