Sharing a Google Form with collaborators allows you to work together on creating and editing the form. Follow these simple steps to share your form and collaborate effectively.
Steps to Share a Google Form for Editing:

Open Your Google Form:
- Open the Google Form you want to share.

Access the Sharing Options:
- In the top right corner, click the "More" button (three vertical dots).

Add Collaborators:
- Click "Add collaborators."

Invite People:
- In the "Add editors" window, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share the form with.
- Click "Send."
Important Notes:

Access to Responses:
- If you've shared a form with a collaborator, they may still have access to any linked spreadsheet of responses. To fully remove their access, you need to remove them from both the form and the linked spreadsheet separately.

Editing Permissions:
- The pencil icon next to the form will disappear when collaborators no longer have permission to edit the form.
Sending the Invite:
Once you’ve followed the above steps, an invitation email will be sent to the collaborators. They will need to follow the instructions in the email to accept the invitation and start editing the form.
