PERSONAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Personal Use License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Licensee") and Kuva Media LLC ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using the digital product ("Product") provided by Licensor, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Grant of License: Licensor grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal use only. Licensee may not resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party. Licensee may not use the Product for commercial purposes or for any public consumption, including but not limited to posting the Product on the internet, sharing it with the public, or using it for any promotional or advertising purposes.

Ownership: Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Product, including all intellectual property rights. Licensee acknowledges that the Product is protected by copyright law and other intellectual property laws and treaties.

Restrictions: Licensee may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Product. Licensee may not remove or alter any copyright or other proprietary notices or labels on the Product.

Termination: This Agreement shall terminate automatically if Licensee breaches any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Product and destroy all copies of the Product in its possession.

Warranty and Liability: The Product is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the Product will meet Licensee's requirements, that the Product will be error-free, or that the Product will be available at all times. Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minnesota, United States of America.
By downloading, installing, or using the Product, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If Licensee does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensee must not use the Product.
