Things We Won't Design:

While we support freedom of choice for every person and business to lawfully pursue their interests, and meet the needs of related consumers, there are certain use-cases, companies, or projects we choose not to work with for ethical, legal, or other reasons, at our discretion. Examples of use-cases, companies, or projects we choose not to work with include, but are not limited to:

  • Gambling - gambling services, products, or event

  • Multi-level marketing (MLM)

  • Adult content - this may include, but is not limited to, nudity, pornography, sex toys, or adult-oriented products

Nudity of an adult person within a professional fine art, or photography for editorial, fashion, or fine art application may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is solely at Kuva Media's discretion, per project. When requesting a review for an exception, you must:

    • Provide a detailed description of the professional artistic, editorial, and/or fashion use-case

    • Any applicable photo/model consent and release forms, and proof of legal age 18 years or older of the model, if the visual content is of a real and identifiable person and/or contains identifiable features

    • Do not send examples or files of the content you are requesting a review for, unless asked to provide them for purposes of the review

  • Political campaigns

  • Tobacco and alcohol

  • Crypto and blockchain

  • Medical instruction, education, devices, or advice - not applicable to licensed insurance agents or brokers who sell healthcare plans

  • Misleading advertising or selling practices

  • Unlawful or illicit activities - such as money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activities, and more
  • Financial products or banking
