Video Testimonial Consent and Release Agreement
By clicking "Social Media Use," you acknowledge and hereby consent to the following terms and conditions for the collection, use, and distribution of video testimonials:
Purpose: You agree to participate in a video testimonial ("Testimonial") for Kuva Media ("Company"), and you understand that the Testimonial will be recorded and may be used in whole or in part for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes.
Grant of Rights: You hereby grant the Company and its agents the right to use, reproduce, exhibit, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of the Testimonial, including your image, likeness, and voice, in any media now known or later developed, without restriction.
Consent to Use: You consent to the use of your Testimonial on social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, for the purposes of promoting and marketing the Company's services or products.
No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of your Testimonial, now or in the future.
Voluntary Participation: Your participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw your consent at any time prior to the publication of the Testimonial by providing written notice to the Company.
Release of Claims: You release the Company, its successors, assigns, and licensees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have now or in the future arising from the use of the Testimonial.
Privacy: The Company agrees to use the Testimonial in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
